Description
This web-based course provides students opportunities to expand their knowledge and/or skills in the areas of educational psychology and/or special education through attendance at pre- approved professional development conferences, courses, or workshops. Preparation of a scholarly paper related to the professional development course content is a key course requirement.
Pre-approval must be obtained from the Educational Psychology and Special Education Department.
Restriction: This course is only open to students pursuing a major in Educational Psychology and Special Education in the College of Graduate Studies and Research.
Note: This course can only be taken once in a diploma or degree. However, students may take this course more than once for credit in different post-graduate or graduate programs in the Department of Educational Psychology and Special Education.
