Description

This integrative course focuses on the functions and responsibilities of managers and senior management in relation to strategy. Students are provided the opportunity to develop skills required for formulating and implementing an organizational strategy. By teaching students how to examine organizations from multiple perspectives and employ a risk-based approach, this capstone course helps students develop skills and competencies directly applicable to decision making in their future careers.

Prerequisite(s) or Corequisite(s): MBA 885.3
Note: MBA 828 is to be taken in the final year of a student’s program.
Departmental permission is required for each registration.
