This course builds on students' knowledge and skills from Advanced Health Assessment and Diagnostic Reasoning I, to further develop advanced competencies in health assessment and diagnostic reasoning essential to nurse practitioner clinical practice. Focus will be on evidence-informed practice, culturally safe care, and critical inquiry as it applies to assessment and diagnosis of common health concerns in diverse clients and settings.

Restriction(s): Only open to MN-NP students.

Corequisite(s): NURS 836.3
Note: Students with credit for NURS 879 will not receive credit for this course.
