Description
Continued identification of the concepts, materials and means of sculpture and related three-dimensional form. A range of methods of construction (casting, carving, building, assembling, etc.) and presentation will be encouraged. This includes use of the wood and metal shops and exploration of a wide variety of materials and combination of materials (such as wood, metal, cement, plaster, found objects etc.).
Prerequisite(s): ART 141.3
Note: Students with credit for ART 241 and ART 242 may not receive credit for this course. ART 214.6 is equivalent to the combination of ART 241.3 and ART 242.3.
